Welcome to Nopalito Coffee, we’re Erika and Javier, a husband and wife team in Austin, Texas who built Nopalito Coffee around our love for great coffee and bringing people together.
We care about thoughtful design details for customers from our custom self-built coffee cart to each handcrafted drink. Our menu pairs organic roasted Mexican coffee beans with classic coffee shop drinks inspired by our Mexican-American background.

Every booking includes a trained barista, speciality coffee, whole milk and oat milk, flavor syrups, cups, lids, ice, and napkins. We bring our own water and handle setup, service, and breakdown.

Our standard menu features espresso-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, and tea. We feature speciality coffee made with organic Mexican beans roasted locally, plus a selection of syrups.
Looking for something different? We can create a signature drink for your event. Add-on cold brew service, matcha and chai service, agua fresca service, or reach out for other drink requests.

We offer coffee catering in the Austin, Texas and the greater Central Texas area including Buda, Kyle, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, and Georgetown.
As a mobile coffee cart, we can travel anywhere! Reach out if you’d like us to travel further to places like San Antonio and Houston. Travel fees apply.

Yes! Our standard menu includes tea and hot chocolate. For more options, add-on our matcha and chai service, decaf espresso service, and agua fresca service.

We bring our own water. Most events require a dedicated 110V electrical outlet. We’ll confirm the setup requirements with you ahead of time so we can plan for your venue.
